New Ipswich Man Charged with Theft

[Wednesday, April 17]
At 12:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jason Ashley Hill, 36, of 504 Nashua Street #502, Milford on a charge of driving after suspension, as well as on a contempt capias issued by the 9th Circuit Court – Family Division – Merrimack. Hill was released on $500 personal recognizance bail on the Amherst charge, with a court date set for May 2, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 6:40 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Nicholas Patten, 31, of 28 Savage Road, Milford on charges of criminal liability for the conduct of another and receiving stolen property. Patten was released on $700 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 2, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
At 6:40 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Warren Buchanan, 24, of 20 Thayer Road, New Ipswich on a charge of theft. Buchanan was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 2, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Thursday, April 18]
At 12:20 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Anthony Carpinelli, 20, of 27 Bradley Street, Manchester on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Nashua District Court. Carpinelli was held in lieu of $501.88 cash bail, with a court date set for this same date at the Milford District Court.
At 6:40 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Nicholas Olson, 24, of 20 Pleasant Street, Milford on charges of driving after suspension, driving after suspension of registration of vehicle, and transportation of a controlled drug. Olson was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 2, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
