Police Log: Amherst Man Arrested for Aggravated DWI

[Thursday, July 25]

At 11:25 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The driver were Lisa Redfield, 42, of Nelson and Kareen Dunn, 66, of Merrimack.

At 1:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Darren Frost, 20, of 10 Arrow Lane, Nashua on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. Frost was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 29, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Friday, July 26]

At 1:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Shawn Leaor, 18, of 80 Pelham Road, Hudson on a charge of theft. Leaor was released on $600 personal recognizance  bail, with an arraignment date set for August 29, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 2:58 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested William Jacob King, 29, of 31 Border Street, Amherst on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Milford District Court. King was released on $1,000 personal recognizance  bail, and no further action is anticipated by the Amherst Police Department.

[Saturday, July 27]

At 2:48 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Thornton Ferry Road II. No injuries were reported. The driver was Ryan Stack, 19, of Amherst

At 4 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Dennis Mitchell Fongeallaz, 32, of 26B Hanover Street, Nashua on a charge of theft. Fongeallaz was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 29, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Sunday, July 28]

At 1:25 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Robert Maguire, 18, of 12 Blueberry Hill Road, Amherst on a charge of aggravated DWI. Maguire was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 1, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Monday, July 29]

At 3:37 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Northern Blvd. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Karen Tronkowski, 45, of Milford and Kira Theodore, 17, of Milford.

[Tuesday, July 30]

At 12:19 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Omar Omie Soto, 28, of 3 Crest Drive #1, Methuen, MA on charges of driving after suspension and unreasonable speed.  Soto was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 29, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
