POLICE LOG: Woman Arrested For Two Counts Of Forgery

The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

[Thursday, Nov. 22]

At 5:05 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Kennedy Elizabeth Russell, 17, of 3 Hopkins Street, Litchfield on a charge of Shoplifting. Russell was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for December 6, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 5:05 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Brianna Joyce Tremblay, 18, of 10 Winchester Drive, Merrimack on a charge of Shoplifting.  Tremblay was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for December 6, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 7:28 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101 (car v. deer).  No injuries were reported. The driver was Linda Albert, 56, of Milford.

[Saturday, Nov. 24]

At 2:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Lauren Phillips, 27, of 503 Merrimack Street, Manchester on two counts of forgery. Phillips was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for November 26, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 11:25 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Patty L. Healy-Osborne, 56, of 1 Old Nashua Road, Amherst on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Healy-Osborne was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for December 6, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
