POLICE LOG: Hudson Woman Arrested For DWI

The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction

[Friday, Sept. 28]

At 7:55 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Lyndeborough Road at Route 13.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Elizabeth F. Deysher, 66, of Wilton and Stephen Laplante, 24, of Mont Vernon.

[Saturday, Sept. 29]

At 2:19 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Northern Blvd.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Alex Oja, 62, of Plantsville, CT and Mario Fante, 43, of Nashua. Mr. Oja was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries.

At 5:28 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Thornton Ferry Road II.  No injuries were reported. The driver was Hannah Johnson, 16, of Amherst.

At 11:40 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jay Taylor, 40, of 6 Whispering Pines Lane, Merrimack on a charge of driving after suspension. Taylor was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for October 18, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Sunday, Sept. 30]

At 9:08 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Walmart parking lot. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Norman Winchester, 63, of Leominster, MA and Paul Corriveau, 61, of Nashua.

At 3:15 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Stephanie L. Gariepy, 30, of 4 Sargent Road, Sandown on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. Gariepy was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for October 18, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 7:57 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Erica Lynn Mitchell, 24, of 5 ½ Gordon Street, Hudson on a charge of DWI. Mitchell was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for October 18, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
