POLICE LOG: Milford Man Charged With Unlawful Posession

The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

[Friday, Sept. 14]

At 7:29 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Ponemah Road.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Michelle Place, 25, of Milford and Jean Cannon, 60, of Amherst.

At 3:22 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Hollis Road at Golden Pond Lane.  Minor injuries were reported. The drivers were Lascia Clarke, 35, of Wilton and Kerrianne Conforti, age 37, of Milford.

[Saturday, Sept. 15]

At 2:25 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Daniel McInnis, 20, of 29 Birchwood Drive, Milford on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. McInnis was released on $300 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for October 18, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 11:09 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Stearns Road. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Christian Johnsick, 18, of Mont Vernon and a parked vehicle

The Amherst Police Department investigated a reported conduct after an accident which occurred in the Walmart parking lot this same date at about 2:20 p.m.

[Monday, Sept. 17]

At 8:30 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Ushelia McMillan, 29, of 139B Ash Street, Nashua on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Nashua District Court. McMillan was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for September 24, 2012 at the Nashua District Court.

At 10:40 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Michael David Stone, 35, of 209 W. Hill Road, Troy on a charge of driving after suspension. Stone was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for October 18, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
