POLICE LOG: Two Drivers Charged For Intoxicated Driving
The following information was supplied by the Amherst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

[Friday, Sept. 21]
At 2:20 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Justin Kyle Hall, 22, of 98B Kimball Hill Road, Hudson on charges of possession of a controlled drug and unlawful possession of prescription drugs, as well as on active warrants out of Nashua District Court, Milford District Court and Hillsborough County Superior Court. Hall was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail on the Amherst charges, and was arraigned in the Milford District Court on September 24, 2012.
At 6:47 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Michael Lozada, 25, of 261 Pine Street, Nashua on a charge of theft from a building. Lozada was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for October 18, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Saturday, Sept. 22]
At 11:55 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Wesley Jusczak, 28, of 36 Greeley Road, Pelham on a charge of DWI. Jusczak was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for October 18, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Sunday, Sept. 23]
At 1:12 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Edward Roy, 54, of 64 Main Street #B, Allenstown, NH on a charge of DWI. Roy was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for October 18, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
[Monday, Sept. 24]
At 2 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Steven Legatos, 42, of 450 Pawtucket Street #1, Lowell, MA on a charge of resisting arrest. Legatos was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for October 18, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
At 12:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jessica Doroh, 35, of 9 Casco Drive #E, Nashua on a charge of issuing bad checks. Doroh was released on $300 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for October 18, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
