Post Your Candidacy on Patch

This Wednesday marks the first day that Amherst School Board and town candidates can officially throw their hats into the election ring.

Now that the filing period has opened, candidates running for the Amherst School Board, town offices or the Souhegan Co-Operative School Board can also post a letter announcing their candidacies with a photo on Amherst Patch.

By clicking this link, candidates can tell Amherst voters why they are running for office and garner support on the campaign trail from now until the March 11 Town Meeting when voters will go to the polls.

Amherst Patch will also highlight candidacy letters on the site and share them on the Amherst Patch Facebook and Twitter pages to help candidates spread the word.
