Courthouse Road Update (From Friday, Sept.28)
Courthouse Road north, efforts will concentrate most of next week in the Courthouse – Cross intersection. There will be a seismologist on site to measure ground movement as the three catch basins and one drain manhole are installed. This is a strategy we use as we work around older homes. If anyone feels the need for a home assessment (interior and exterior video) I offer that as well. Please contact my office and we will coordinate appointments.

It is possible they (Continental) may also get to the two catch basins across from Belden Mill. We have made arrangements with an Archaeological Consultant when we replace the drainage pipe that crosses toward Belden Mill, and for any digging near the Cemetery.
Courthouse Road south, (and Middle Street) Continental is working on scheduling equipment. When I have a date, this section will be ground, graded, shaped, and prepared for base asphalt. When this happens, the southern side of Courthouse will be closed for the day.
