Search For Home Invasion Attacker Continues
Police said the man, who likely committed sexual assault last night, is likely not in the area.

Police are continuing their investigation to find a suspect in a Mont Vernon armed home invasion and assault on Thursday, according to The Nashua Telegraph.
The attacker entered a home on Brook Road around 3 p.m. and assaulted an adult female before fleeing. The attacker is described as a white man dressed in black who is 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build.
WMUR reports that there is no work on whether or not the attack, which is reported to have been sexual, was random.

NH State Police said in a press release that the suspect is likely not in the area and there is no immediate threat to the public. The Nashua Telegraph said that a Mont Vernon police officer was stationed at the home this morning.
Anyone who sees anything unusual, such as someone knocking on doors or a suspicious person driving around is urged to contact police.
