Seven Teens Busted For Underage Drinking, Drugs and DWI

At 4:30 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Samantha MacMillan, 19, of 21 Cotton Street, Leominster, MA on charges of unlawful possession of alcohol and possession of a controlled drug. MacMillan was released on $600 personal recognizance bail with an arraignment date set for December 27, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 4:30 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Christopher Steven Abrams, 20, of 49 Jane Avenue, Fitchburg, MA on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Abrams was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for December 27, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 4:30 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Kristen Taylor Gaudet, 19, of 49 115 Arlington Street, Fitchburg, MA on charges of transporting alcoholic beverages by a minor, transportation of a controlled drug, and DWI. Gaudet was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for December 27, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 4:30 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Tyler O’Brien, 20, of 46 The Clearing St, Lunenburg, MA on charges of transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor and transportation of a controlled drug. O’Brien was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for December 27, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 4:30 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Cynthia Rubio, 18, of 177 Clarendon Street, Fitchburg, MA on a charges of unlawful possession of alcohol and allowing an improper person to operate a motor vehicle. Rubio was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for December 27, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 4:30 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Douglas Vargo, 20, of 163 Hemlock Street, Lunenburg, MA on charges of unlawful possession of alcohol and possession of a controlled drug.  Vargo was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for December 27, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 4:30 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Samantha Bowman, 18, of 1790 Mass Avenue #R, Lunenburg, MA on charges of unlawful possession of alcohol and possession of a controlled drug.  Bowman was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for December 27, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
