Souhegan Hosting Back To School Night Tonight

Souhegan parents have the oppurtunity to meet their child's teachers and get a closer look at their daily schedule tonight.

Souhegan High School's Back to School Night is Tuesday, Sept. 18 from 6-9 p.m. Parents will participate in a modified version of the daily schedule.

More information on the schedules for specific teams and grades can be found at sprise.com. Please bring both the class and modified schedules with you.

The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. with refreshments provided by the PTSA and a chance to socialize with staff members and other parents in the cafeteria. At 6:55 PM, there will be an announcement that will send you to your first period class.

Each class period will be approximately ten minutes long, thoughwith the ninth and tenth grade teams a longer period will be available to meet with the whole team of teachers. You will get an overview of the course content, expectations for homework and the classroom,and samples of materials and textbooks.

You may have time for a few brief, general questions.

No individual conferences will be held during this time. Parent conferences are scheduled for Thursday evening, Oct. 25, and all day Friday, October 26.

PTSA will be selling the Souhegan High School Student Directory at Back-to-School-Night. The directory is a useful tool in communications with the school and among parents.
