Souhegan "Meet the Coaches Night" is Tonight

Patch is a highway. I wanna ride it all night long.

1. Get to know the coaches. Meet the Coaches Night at Souhegan on is on for tonight at 6:30 p.m. Parents will have the opportunity to meet the coaches of spring sports this Monday. Everyone will meet Athletic Director Dick Miller in the cafeteria at 6:30. After a few words from him, parents will then disperse to rooms where they will meet the coach of their daughter’s/son’s sport. As an added incentive to attend, there will be a raffle for two tickets for the April 28 Red Sox game against the Houston Astros. The baseball and girls’ lacrosse team will be selling tickets starting at 6 PM outside the cafeteria. Tickets will cost $1 for one or $5 for an arm’s length. The drawing will be held Monday night before people leave thus you must be present to win.

2. Adults these days. Adults may actually be worse than teenagers when it comes to texting and driving. A total of 49 percent of adult commuters polled said they texted on the road, compared to 43 percent of teens, according to AT&T.
