Souhegan Senior Wins National Spanish Award

Hannah Dean, a senior at Souhegan High School, is the recipient of the Joseph Adams Senior Scholarship Award through the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica (SHH).

This is a national scholarship which honors outstanding senior members of the SHH.

Through the application process Hannah was judged on her ability and performance in both written and spoken Spanish.

The high quality of Hannah’s essay and video helped her stand out from other applicants.

“The World Language department at Souhegan is so proud of the strong work and dedication that Hannah has shown to the Spanish language. ¡Felicitaciones Hannah!” said World Languages Coordinator, Kathleen Desmond.
