The Souhegan Sabers volleyball team has gotten off to a slow start this season with a record of 2 and 1 . The team is young and right now, trying to find the right combination of players to put more wins on the board. Skill wise the team is strong with fundamentals, they just need time to put it all together. Look for the Sabers to show well this season, they are just getting started. The next home game for the Sabers is against Milford on Monday September 17, 2012. On that nigh the Saber volleyball program will be holding a fundraiser for "Bridges", an area non-profit organization that supports victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. "A Night For Building Bridges", begins with festivities during the JV game at 4:30pm with gift baskets to raffle and a bake sale items. Please join the effort to bring awareness to the area.
