Support Sunrise Children’s Center at Chipotle Mexican Grill

The public is invited to attend a dinnertime fundraiser that supports the purchase and installation of new playground equipment at the nonprofit Sunrise Children’s Center (Sunrise) in Amherst. Eat at Chipotle Mexican Grill, 356 Amherst Street in Nashua from 4 to 8 pm on Saturday, May 12, and when you mention Sunrise, Chipotle will donate half of the proceeds to the playground equipment fundraiser.

“The years and weather have taken a toll on the children’s playground at Sunrise, and as a close-knit community, we are excited to help raise funds for new equipment,” said Michele Terlizzi, who is organizing the fundraiser and has two children who attend Sunrise. Terlizzi is also a member of the board of directors for RSEC, Sunrise’s parent organization. “This event is a wonderful opportunity to work with a great community partner and accomplish something that will benefit children for years to come.”

The event is part of Chipotle’s commitment to supporting local groups like schools, sports teams, and non-profit organizations.
