Teen Arrested on Drug Charges
The following information was provided by the Amherst Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
- On March 6, 2014 at 1636 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported. DRIVER 1 – Judith Rogers, age 71, of Amherst, NH.
- On March 6, 2014 at 1920 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Brandon Lyle, age 19, of 119 High Street, Milford, NH on charges of Possession of a Controlled Drug and Transportation of a Controlled Drug. Lyle was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 13, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On March 7, 2014 at 1210 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Theodore Stratton, age 40, of 33 Route 101A, Amherst, NH on charges of Driving After Suspension and Driving After Suspension of Registration of Vehicle. Stratton was released on $2500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 20, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
