Two-Vehicle Crash Causes One To Rollover On Its Roof In Amherst

Fire, police, and EMS responded to an accident on Old Nashua Road with reported entrapment. No one was injured in the crash on Wednesday.

AMHERST, NH — Amherst police, fire, and EMS responded to the area of 21 Old Nashua Road for an accident involving one vehicle that had rolled over on Wednesday.

Firefighters were advised of people possibly entrapped in the vehicle that had rolled over. Responders arrived at 8:30 a.m. and found two vehicles involved in the accident. The occupants of the passenger car on its roof had self-extricated.

All people involved were medically evaluated and refused medical transport.

The initial information about the accident was that both vehicles were traveling on Old Nashua Road when the passenger car struck the rear of the van and the force of the impact caused the car to roll over on its roof.

Amherst police are investigating the accidents. It is unknown if any violations were issued at the scene.
