Two Women Arrested for Theft

[Thursday, April 18]

At 6:25 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Michelle R. Paige, 20, of 353 Lake Street, Nashua on a charge of theft. Paige was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 2, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 8:33 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Paul’s Way.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Mark Fischer, 55, of Milford and Paul Goldsmith, 46, of Amherst.

[Friday, April 19]

At 9:10 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Renee J. Marois, 39, of 22 Cross Street, Nashua on a charge of theft. Marois was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 2, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 9:10 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested George Leon Otis, 39, of 70 ½ West Hollis Street, Nashua on a charge of criminal liability for the conduct of another. Otis was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 2, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 10:22 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Scott Jason Thibodeau, 47, of 11 Woodland Drive, Amherst on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Thibodeau was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 2, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
