Mainframe Performance Engineer

Description: Fidelity Institutional Technology’s Performance Testing & Engineering team requires a Performance Engineer to provide performance engineering of large trading applications. This individual will assume responsibility for understanding application performance requirements, designing performance tests for CICS applications, help expand test data using Optim, coordinating performance test scripts, and, monitoring & analyzing performance metrics from CICS, zOS and DB2. The person selected to fill this role will develop test data provisioning tools, develop & maintain test scripts, execute stress tests, determine root-cause of issues, and, drive their resolution. He/she will engage developers and DBA's on complex technical issues, and, present findings to management & Business stake-holders.
