Description: This position is responsible for the planning and execution of all events, and assisting the Event Manager as assigned.  Experience in coordinating corporate meetings, sales meetings, customer events, social nights & vendor events. Candidate must have experience arranging travel, hotel accommodations, food and beverage and social activities. Must be able to source multimedia equipment and  designroom set-up, organize meeting materials and work with in-house creative to coordinate and develop meeting/event collateral materials.  Must be able to create and maintain budgets. This position requires 50% travel. Working nights and weekends for scheduled events is required.

Constituent to the electronic warfare objectives of improving air vehicle survivability and executing the suppression and destruction of enemy air defenses, BAE Systems develops technology for RF sensing, signal processing, detection, and location of emitters. This position will involve developing new ESM systems and performing systems engineering functions such as developing and managing systems level requirements, developing operational systems concepts, performing system architecture trade studies, originating design concepts or performing systems level integration and test for highly complex systems.
