Weare Pair Indicted On Negligent Homicide Charges After Child’s Death

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Joseph Becerril, 23, of Kelly Street in Manchester on two aggravated felonious sexual assault and three possession of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of sexually assaulting a girl between Oct. 1, and Dec. 8, 2020, and taking videos of the girl between Feb. 7, and Aug. 19, 2021, in Manchester.

Christopher Bourget, 39, of Cedar Street in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of possessing another person’s 2011 Hyundai Sonata in Goffstown on Dec. 30, 2021.

John Boyden, 19, of Col Daniels Drive in Bedford on 10 felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges on Aug. 26, 2020, in Bedford.

Scott Campbell, 38, of Clinton Road in Antrim on two felony forgery charges. He was accused of uttering altered checks drawn on the account of Merrimac Quality Log Homes on June 7, 2021, in Hillsboro and Deering.

Mikayla Cochran, 23, of High Rock Road in Weare, and Christian Cummings, 23, of Colby Road in Weare, each on a felony negligent homicide charge. They were accused of causing the death of a child on Feb. 14, 2019, in Weare by neglecting its care, due to urosepsis, dehydration, and-or electrolyte imbalance.

Chelsea Constant, 26, of Morrison Avenue in Tilton on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and clonazepam, charges on Dec. 28, 2021, in Bedford.

Timothy D. Cox, 50, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on theft and three forgery charges, all felonies. He was accused of obtaining $2,333 from M & JC Property Management by deception on Nov. 10, 2021, in Manchester, and then drawing checks and cashing them in Amherst ($2,255.99) and Bedford ($2,266.44) on Nov. 10, 2021.

Michael W. Crawford, 52, of Smith Road in Mont Vernon on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Tower Lane in Goffstown after being deemed by the NH DMV as a habitual offender.

Joseph Daigneault, 73, of River Road in Weare on 10 felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges on Aug. 30, 2018, in Weare.

Christian David, 26, of Rimmon Street in Manchester on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge on Jan. 21 in Manchester.

Victoria Dubbe, 39, of Deerpoint Drive in Hillsboro on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on July 22, 2021, in Deering.
