What's Open and Closed in Amherst on New Year's Day?
The Amherst town offices and many other businesses will be closed all day on Wednesday, Jan. 1.
New Year's Day is just two days away and just about everything in town will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 1.
The Town Offices and Amherst Transfer Station will be closed all day on Wednesday, Jan. 1. The Amherst Public Library will also be closed on New Year's Day. The public schools will also be closed and are scheduled to reopen on Monday, Jan. 6.
The Amherst Post Office and most banks will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 1.
