Anyone driving down Route 101A can't help but notice the new construction where the Amherst Plaza used to be before it was devastated by a fire.

A Goodwill store is on its way next year alongside other new businesses to bring life to the long-abandoned plaza. One of our readers was wondering when they were hiring, and we have the answer!

The company is already hiring for sales associate and shift supervisor positions:

Retail Shift Supervisor

The NEW Goodwill Retail Store in Amherst, NH is looking for 3 retail Shift Supervisor's with a sense of humor and a take charge attitude to join our Team!  Shift Supervisors assist with the day to day operation of the store as assigned by the manager which may include opening, closing and cashing out at the end of the day, stocking shelves, receiving donations, tendering sales and always providing excellent customer service to our customers and donors

Pay is $10.15-$12.06/hour.

Seasonal Sales Associate II 

The Goodwill Retail Store in Amherst, NH is looking for 30 seasonal Sales Associate II's with great customer service skills and not afraid of a little hard work!  If you want to be part of a progressive company with great growth potential that makes a difference in people’s lives throughout Northern New England, this is your opportunity. 

Sales Associate II’s are crossed trained to work in all areas of the store which includes receiving, sorting, hanging and pricing donations as well as working on the sales floor and tendering sales using a cash register.  We are looking for reliable individuals with excellent customer service skills and the flexibility to work a schedule that may include day, night, weekend and/or holiday shifts.

Pay is $8.25/hour.

Part-Time Sales Associate II
