Each year Frederick’s Pastries employees build a one of a kind gingerbread house on their own time. The houses are then used to create a completely edible Gingerbread Village. Voting adds a little friendly competition to the village, encouraging everyone to be creative and original with their designs.
The employees placing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place are given prizes, in addition, Frederick’s Pastries draws names from the voting ballots and award 12 lucky patrons a sweet prize from the bakery.
