A Slippery Commute for Bedford Residents?
Here are five things you should know today in Bedford.

1. The weatherman says ... Though it appears the snow has stayed away for today, the morning commute still may be slippery as temperatures are expected to hover in the mid-30s all morning with wet roads and a light wintery mixture falling from the clouds. The forecasted high today, according to Weather.com, is 38 degrees with a 30-percent chance of rain and an overnight low of 29 degrees with clear skies.
2. A spirited opening. New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet opened its newest state-run establishment on Friday. The new location, next to The Copper Door and Dunkin Donuts, across Route 101 from the Bedford Safety Complex, is roughly twice the size of Bedford's former location in the Bedford Grove.
