22-Year Olds Bagged for Drugs, Shoplifting

The following arrest information was supplied by the Bedford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, Feb. 3

11:49 p.m. - Robert K. Cochran, 23, of Manchester, arrested following a motor vehicle stop on South River Road and charged with possession of drugs in a motor vehicle.

11:49 p.m. - Robert Joseph Enderson, 22, of Manchester, arrested following a motor vehicle stop on South River Road and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

Monday, Feb. 4

4:18 p.m. - Christian A. Billings, 32, of Manchester, arrested following a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of Eastman Avenue and South River Road and charged with driving after revocation or suspension.

Tuesday, Feb. 5

7:11 p.m. - Christine L. Rizzo, 22, of Bedford, arrested on a warrant on Constitution Drive and charged with willful concealment.

7:14 p.m. - Cassandra Milburn, 22, of Derry, arrested on a warrant on Constitution Drive and charged with willful concealment.

9:41 p.m. - Benjamin Porto, 29, of Derry, arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Route 101 and charged with operating with a suspended registration.
