Meditation: It's Not What You Think !  Meditation 102

Participants do not need to take the 101 class prior to the 102. The 102 class is designed to support your ongoing meditation practice, so it can be taken over and over and over, as many times as you would like to participate in this class. It will cover a brief review of what was taught in 101, while allowing for a longer periods of time to practice meditation in class. The meditations will be both guided and silent, with ample instruction to help support the time together. Class time is also included to discuss any and all feedback regarding what is or is not working for you with practice. Most importantly, it is a chance to do what so many students have been asking for: more time to meditate together as a group, as it is so motivating to do so together.  Session starts on Monday (January 6th) from 7:30-9 PM.

To Register contact the Parks & Recreation Department at 472-5242 or visit the website www.BedfordRecOnline.com
