How Much Snow Did Bedford Get?

You asked, Patch answered.

This morning, Bedford Patch received several requests from residents curious as to the amount of snow accumulated in Bedford.

I put an immediate call out for answers on our Facebook page and then pulled out a ruler and headed outside with my camera.

While I measured roughly 20 inches at my home office in Merrimack, there were clearly areas of my yard with significantly deeper snow accumulations.

Bedford residents – responding to the Facebook call out – said they've seen anywhere from 18-28 inches, though the general consensus was in the vicinity of two feet.

Weather.com is calling for the possibility of additional snow flurries this afternoon, though high winds are more likely to shift snow from trees and onto the ground.
