The tractor-trailer traveling North on Mast Road struck the boom and bucket on the truck, spinning it into a building and breaking the bucket on the truck. The driver did not require transport and was assessed at the scene by fire and EMS.

At the time of the accident there was significant solar glare from the sun and the reflection from the wet pavement, it is unknown if this was a contributing factor. The cab and trailer of the tractor-trailer indicated it was connected to the Hood milk products.
