Manchester Man Accused Of Running Over Officer's Foot, Fleeing Scene
Police: Sergio Torres Jr., 25, refused to stop, crashed, and fled on foot before a K-9 tracked him down near Commercial and Canal streets.

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police responded to a report of a fight at Arms Park on Thursday.
Police said when they arrived, several people were posturing to fight. As the officers approached, two of the males got into cars, and one of the males began to drive out of the parking lot despite police ordering him to stop, according to MPD Spokesperson Heather Hamel, who said he drove so close to an officer he hit the officer's foot.
Shortly after, another officer in the area spotted the vehicle going at a high rate of speed on Commercial Street. The vehicle ultimately crashed at the corner of Commercial and Canal streets, and the driver left on foot.
