- A proposed 95-acre mixed-use development of 650 housing units at the former location of The Concord Monitor newspaper in Concord may expand. A partner in the development plan may "purchase 40 more acres of abutting property." Development partners for the multi-million dollar proposed project include Dean Navaroli, principal of the Hollis-based commercial real estate firm of William & Reeves and new partner Mike Dion, founder of Metro Walls, who worked together on commercial and multifamily residential projects in Bedford. - The Bedford-based Masiello Group is expanding! The Better Homes & Gardens residential real estate group added a new office in South Portland, Maine. The Masiello Group is one of the largest in New England, with 16 offices in Maine, 17 in New Hampshire and two offices in Vermont. (New Hampshire Business Review)
- Newly hired coach Andrew Provencher of Bedford has "big dreams" for the West High School football team. The 34-year-old Manchester Memorial graduate coached youth football in Manchester and served as an assistant coach for Memorial (one season), West (one season) and Bishop Guertin (three seasons).
