  1. Manchester Country Club in Bedford will host the New Hampshire Small Business Awards in May. On May 3, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., award winners — including Sleepnet, the 2023 SBA New Hampshire Exporter of the Year — will be honored at a ceremony in Bedford during SBA’s National Small Business Week.   2. A local flower shop held a flower arranging course over the weekend to ring in spring. Attendees of a workshop at Bedford Fields learned how to arrange colorful spring annuals in a container garden. The workshop was held on a Saturday and participants got hands-on experience.
