Meet Future Leaders From Bedford And Celebrate Their Achievements
Patch and T-Mobile have partnered to highlight young people's academic achievements as they prepare for the future.
BEDFORD, NH — The future of Bedford is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders working hard at college to prepare for the future.
Savannah Davis of Bedford earned Dean's List Honors for the Fall 2024 Semester. She is majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies and is a member of the Emerson College Class of 2027. A grade point average of 3.7 or higher for the semester is a requirement for making the Dean's List.
Elizabeth Chopra of Bedford was recently elected to membership into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society, at Sacred Heart University. Chopra is among approximately 20,000 students, faculty, professional staff and alumni to be initiated into Phi Kappa Phi each year. Membership is by invitation only and requires nomination and approval by a chapter. Only the top 10 percent of seniors and 7.5 percent of juniors are eligible for membership. Graduate students in the top 10 percent of the number of candidates for graduate degrees may also qualify, as do faculty, professional staff and alumni who have achieved scholarly distinction.

Ohio University Russ College of Engineering and Technology student Joyce Robinson of Bedford has been named to OHIO's Fall 2024 Dean's List. The Dean's List recognizes undergraduate students who complete a particular semester with a GPA between 3.5 and 3.999 with a minimum of 12 credit hours attempted for letter grades that are used to calculate GPA.
Seven students were named to the College of the Holy Cross' Dean's List for outstanding academic achievement during the Fall semester of the 2024-25 academic year. They are Seneca Baldi of Bedford, class of 2026; Carolyn Calegari of Bedford, class of 2025; Natalie Denon of Bedford, class of 2028; Timothy Gleason of Bedford, class of 2028; Olivia King of Bedford, class of 2027; Claire Kraemer of Bedford, class of 2026; and Ian McDonough of Bedford, class of 2028. To qualify for the Dean's List, students must pass four or more letter-graded courses with no failing grades during the semester and earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Emmanuel College named two students to the Dean's List for the Fall 2024 semester. To earn a spot on the Dean's List, Emmanuel students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for a 16-credit semester.
The following local students were named to the Dean's List: Sophia Fulton of Bedford who is a Double Major; Neuroscience; Psychology-Counseling & Health Psychology major; Ryan Etzo of Bedford, who is a Management-Sport Management major.
Tufts University recently announced the dean's list for the fall 2024 semester. Dean's list honors at Tufts University require a semester grade point average of 3.4 or greater. Students from Bedford include Alisha Juneja, Class of 2026; Nikita Bhat, Class of 2026; Akhilesh Chopra, Class of 2026;
Camille Kuo, Class of 2027; Lucas Mack, Class of 2027; Nick Ferrari, Class of 2028; and Will O'Leary, Class of 2028.
