Police Issue Warrants For Woman In Connection To Manchester Stabbing

Update: Authorities located and arrested Holly Crawford in Manchester. She is accused of first-degree assault in the stabbing of a woman

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police, firefighters, and AMR ambulance responded to the area of Manchester and Union Street for a report of a person Suffering from a stab wound on Sunday.

Police arrived at about 2 p.m. and secured the scene; firefighters and AMR medics provided medical aid to a woman suffering from a stab wound. The victim was moved to the waiting AMR ambulance and transported to the Elliot Hospital. Information at the scene indicates the injuries were severe but non-life-threatening.

Police cordoned off an area in the parking lot of a local business and searched for evidence. The crime scene tape was quickly taken down, and the police began to concentrate on an area West of the initial area on Monadnock Lane.

The victim was suffering from a stab wound to her left side, according to police. Witnesses told police the victim and another woman were arguing, and during that argument, the victim was stabbed.

Through the investigation, police identified the suspect as Holly Crawford, 39, of Manchester, according to Manchester Police Spokesperson Heather Hamel.

There is currently a warrant issued for Crawford, who is accused of first-degree assault with a deadly weapon.
