Police Say Woman Using Baseball Bat Caused Head Injury To Man
A Manchester woman is accused of assaulting a man with a baseball bat during a neighbor dispute
MANCHESTER, NH -On September 5, 2020 at approximately 9:20 pm, Manchester Police responded to the area outside of Union St and Bell St for a report of Disorderly Conduct involving a woman with a baseball bat.
MPD Spokesperson Heather Hamel said "When officers arrived, they located a 18-year-old with a head injury. The victim said he was at his neighbor’s apartment when a woman started yelling at them. A juvenile then got involved, and grabbed his neighbor. When the victim intervened, the woman reportedly hit him in the head with a baseball bat multiple times.
MPD identified the woman, identified as Kacy Gomez, 41 of Manchester. MPD said she was arrested and accused of First Degree Assault.

She was placed on a preventative detention, and is expected to be arraigned in Hillsborough Superior Court North.
