Update

Monday afternoon, Manchester Police SWAT responded to a large apartment complex on Village Circle Way. Officers repeatedly said over a loudspeaker that they had a warrant for Meneide and a search warrant for his apartment. Utilizing the police Bearcat, they positioned themselves in front of the building and eventually fired less lethal rounds through his apartment window on the top floor.

After the windows were broken, officers could be seen flying a drone through the window while officers surrounded the building. People in the building were instructed to shelter in place, and no one was allowed to enter the building. Several people coming home stood in the parking lot watching the police activity, which lasted for more than an hour.

SWAT members entered the apartment and determined it was unoccupied. After the scene was secure, several detectives entered to execute the search warrant, and the other building occupants were allowed to return home.

Meneide was described in the BOLO as 6 feet, 1 inch tall with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last known to be driving a Black Kia Stinger, with a possible New Hampshire registration of FIM-92.

Anyone who sees the vehicle should not approach it and should call 911 immediately. Meneide is considered armed and extremely dangerous.
