Ricciardi pays homage to Donald Trump
Ricciardi visits with representatives of Trump's EPA and Department of Education

Denise Ricciardi traveled to Washington to meet with Donald Trump and representatives from his administration's Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Education, according to Manchester Ink Link.
Under President Trump, the EPA has declared that it will not fine companies for environmental regulation infringement during the COVID emergency. Trump's EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler has stated that he does not believe that climate change is an existential threat. During his confirmation hearings, when asked whether he accepted the scientific consensus on climate change, he stated, "I believe that man has an impact on the climate but what's not completely understood is what the impact is." Mr. Wheeler was a lobbyist for recently deceased coal magnate Robert E. Murray.
The Department of Education, under Secretary Betsy DeVos, has promoted commercialization of public education with companies such a K-12 Inc, whose stock price rose 30% upon her appointment as Secretary. Ms. DeVos stopped fraud investigations into for-profit schools when she took office. She recently visited Riddle Brook School to promote the concept of taxpayer-funding for private and religious schools. According to the New Hampshire Consitution, Article 83, "no money raised by taxation shall ever be granted or applied for the use of the schools of institutions of any religious sect or denomination."
