Three Men Shot At City Park In Manchester Overnight

Victims with gunshot wounds arrived at the Elliot Hospital for treatment after a shooting at Livingston Park on Wednesday night.

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police are investigating a shooting incident in a park that left three people injured Wednesday night.

Manchester Police were notified of a shooting when three men arrived at the Elliot Hospital with gunshot wounds just after 9 p.m. Through investigation, it was determined that the shooting occurred at Livingston Park in the area of the track. Police cordoned off a large area and began processing the scene Thursday morning.

Manchester police K-9s, specially trained in finding ballistic materials, were used to search the area. At one point in the investigation, shell casings were found on the ground in a parking lot adjacent to the track.

Police said the men who were shot were being treated for what are considered non-life-threatening injuries, and they are all in stable condition. At this time, the incident does not appear to be random, and we do not believe that the public is in danger, according to MPD Lt. Thomas Dubois.
