- The weather forecast this weekend is a stunning contrast to the -15 degree temperatures with -45 degree windchills last weekend. It will almost feel like summer on Friday, with partly sunny skies and temperatures reaching 53 degrees. Winds will be 20-30 m.p.h., with gusts up to 40 m.p.h. - A Bedford man was recently indicted on criminal threatening and drug charges—all are felonies. The charges against Roger Akoury, 58, of Beals Road include threatening to break down a bedroom door with a hammer in Bedford on Nov. 12, 2022, and counts of "illegal possession of a controlled drug, gamma hydroxybutyric acid and methamphetamine" from a Hillsboro incident on Sept. 21, 2021.
