Woman Accused Of Firing Several Shots In Manchester Residential Area
Cori King, 38, of Goffstown, is accused of firing a gun Saturday morning in the area of Beech and Auburn Streets; no one was injured.

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police investigated a shooting Saturday morning, and the investigation quickly resulted in the arrest of a Goffstown woman.
Police responded to the area of Beech and Auburn streets at 8:24 a.m. for a report of multiple gunshots in the area. The department’s ShotSpotter system also detected gunfire, according to Chief Peter Marr. Officers arrived in the area quickly and located evidence confirming that a shooting had occurred. Chief Marr said officers were able to quickly identify a suspect with the help of several witnesses.
A short time later, Cori King, 38, of Goffstown, was located and taken into custody without incident.

King is accused of eight felony counts of reckless conduct and is being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections, bail has not yet been determined according to Chief Marr.
Police said there were no known injuries at this time. Local hospitals were checked, and no gunshot victims have been reported.

Marr said, “The officers and detectives of the Manchester Police Department developed a suspect, located her, and executed a search warrant in under four hours of this shooting taking place. The MPD takes these incidents seriously and will continue to dedicate every resource necessary to hold offenders accountable and keep Manchester safe.”
