Woman Seriously Injured In Manchester Residential Fire
Firefighters arrived to smoke billowing from a single-family home and found the woman inside the Morgan Street residence.
MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester Fire was dispatched to 191 Morgan St. on Saturday at 4 p.m. for a report of smoke coming from a building.
Upon arrival, Engine 6 confirmed smoke showing and began pulling hose lines. Firefighters entered the building and reported that the fire appeared to be in the basement of the single-family house. Crews located a woman inside the house, and removed her out the front door, where medics from AMR began treatment of the victim.
She was rushed to Catholic Medical Center with serious injuries, and the hospital was advised she was a status one patient, the most serious level.

Firefighters quickly located the fire, extinguished it, and checked the structure to see whether it had spread into the walls. The fire was brought under control shortly after.
The Manchester Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the fire and will determine the cause and origin of the fire.
