3rd DWI Charge For Concord Man In 4 Months
Concord police said Jackson Rwigema was arrested again on a DWI charge after crashing into a tree.

CONCORD, NH — A Concord man was charged with his third DWI in the last four months this week. Jackson Rwigema, 37, was arrested Monday after police said he crashed his Honda Pilot sport utility vehicle into a tree on East Side Drive at about 9:15 p.m. (The ensuing damage is pictured above). Rwigema was seriously injured. First responders had to use cutting equipment to free him from the wreckage, according to Concord Police Lieutenant Sean Ford.
Rwigema hospitalized and subsequently arrested there on an aggravated DWI charge.
"Witness(es) ... reported that the Pilot was passing traffic on a double yellow line at a high rate of speed and drifting off of the road and onto the front lawn of ... (an) East Side Drive (home," Ford said in a statement. "Investigators determined that Mr. Rwigema was impaired and caused the crashed which resulted in serious damage and injury. He was arrested at the hospital."

Concord police also arrested Rwigema on DWI charges July 2 and April 20.
