3rd Suspect In Concord Homeless Camp Shooting, ‘Woman With Uzi-Style Rifle,’ Indicted: Superior Court Roundup

Felon indicted on firearm, knife possession charges; woman indicted on strangulation charges; Northfield woman indicted on meth charges.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Kendall Lea Anderson, 25 ,of Mountain View Drive in Effingham, on accomplice to robbery with an actual firearm, conspiracy to commit robbery with an actual firearm, criminal threatening, armed career criminals, and felon in possession charges, all felonies. She accompanied Trenton McDonald and Richard Chambers, while armed with a Uzi-style rifle, to the homeless camp underneath the Water Street bridge in Concord, to threaten another person, according to the indictments. Christine Chioccola, 40, of Union Avenue in Laconia, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-subsequent, methamphetamine, fentanyl, and crack cocaine, in Epsom, on July 24.

Joshua Davis, 43, of North State Street in Concord, on armed career criminal, operating as a habitual offender, and two felon in possession charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a fixed blade knife and a .38 Ruger handgun on June 22 in Bow, after being convicted of a felony — a drug charge, in June 2018 in Merrimack County Superior Court. Davis was also accused of driving on South Street after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Jake P. Demeritt, 38, of Beech Street in Manchester, on two motor vehicles; penalties and four receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of riding a 2006 Kawasaki ZX6R on Allenstown Road in Allenstown on May 26 and a GMC van on Granny Howe Road in Epsom on May 19 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in September 2009. Demeritt was also accused of retaining vehicle registration decals and plates on May 26 in Allenstown. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft or stolen property charges.

Michael J. Dubreuil, 42, of Victory Drive in Franklin, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and buprenorphine, on May 13.

Abigail Edmunds, 42, of Bay Hill Road in Northfield, on common nuisances, possession of a controlled drug with a prior convictions-methamphetamine, and possession of meth charges, all felonies, in Northfield on March 7.

Ryan N. Gates, 30, of Regent Drive in Dover, on motor vehicles; penalties, reckless conduct, receiving stolen property, and two falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He drove a stolen 2022 GMC Sierra at an extremely high rate of speed on North Main Street in Concord, while fleeing from police and striking another driver’s car on June 20, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV, according to the indictments. Gates was also accused of spray painting the vehicle and affixing license plates belonging to another vehicle on June 20 in Concord.

Emily Ann George, 26, of Harvard Street in Concord, on second-degree assault and second-degree assault-strangulation charges. She was accused of strangling another woman who was a family or household member on March 28 in Concord.

William J. Gervais, 46, of South Shore Drive in Pelham, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charges. He was accused of possessing the drug, intending to sell the drug, and possessing the drug after a prior acts prohibited conviction from June 2019 in Merrimack County Superior Court.
