Arrest In Concord Cold Case Murder
NH authorities said Richard Ellison started a fire that killed 84-year-old Robert McMillan in December 2005.

CONCORD, NH -- An arrest has been made in connection with a 2005 Concord cold case murder. Richard Ellison, 45, was charged last week with killing an 84-year-old man on December 9, 2005. Ellison was accused of started a fire that ended up killing Robert McMillan, according to New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon MacDonald.
Ellison had been serving a jail sentence on an unrelated charge, according to WMUR.
The state's Cold Case Unit investigated the case.
