Ellison was accused of started a fire that ended up killing Robert McMillan, according to New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon MacDonald.Ellison had been serving a jail sentence on an unrelated charge, <a href="https://www.wmur.com/article/dream-house-john-proctor/23871518" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">according to WMUR</a>.The state's Cold Case Unit investigated the case.Photo credit: Shutterstock
