Belmont Woman, With Priors, One Of Four Accused Of Burglary At New Apartment Building: Concord Police Log
Epsom man arrested on drug, theft charges; criminal threat incident on East Side Drive; man from New York charged with domestic violence.

CONCORD, NH — Albert William Frost, 45, of Epsom, was arrested at 10:48 p.m. on Aug. 21, 2025, on felony possession of a controlled drug, theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, and criminal trespass charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.
Larry W. Cole, 44, of Concord, was arrested at 6:26 p.m. on Aug. 20 on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charge. Also arrested was Frank Pickering, 42, of Concord, on a bench warrant. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on the railroad tracks on Langdon Avenue.
Gregory Deschuiteneer, born in 1979, of Belmont, received a summons at 5:35 p.m. on Aug. 19 on simple assault and disorderly conduct charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Anthony J. Craib, 62, of Concord, was arrested at 3:34 p.m. on Aug. 18 on simple assault, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and six breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Quick Stop at 201 S. Main St.
Meghan L. Horne, born in 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on July 21 on a criminal threatening charge after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Kimberly Cordova, born in 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 6:43 p.m. on July 21 on two bench warrants after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 80 Storrs St.
Carl J. Vaillant, 40, of Concord, was arrested at 6:29 p.m. on July 21 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation at Regency Hill Estates at 12 East Side Drive.
Jillian L. Collins, born in 1988, of Barnstead, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on July 21 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 after an incident or investigation at Marshall’s at 80 Storrs St. and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, willful concealment, and felony possession of a controlled drug after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road.

Samantha Engelking, 42, of Concord, received a summons at 10:45 p.m. on July 12 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Joe King Shoes at 45 N. Main St.
Laurie MacLeod, 64, of Range Road in Belmont, was arrested at 3:06 a.m. on July 12 on a felony charge of burglary. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Davis Ridge Apartments at 303 Sheep Davis Road. MacLeod received a public defender on Aug. 13 but failed to appear at an Aug. 18 hearing. A new hearing was slated for Aug. 25. According to the complaint, Tryphena Porter, Allen Downs, and-or Robert Clark agreed to lure the victim out of their apartment on March 11. MacLeod has active subsequent drug felonies working their way through Belknap County Superior Court from February 2023 in Belmont. According to the latest court documents, she has a restorability hearing on Oct. 6 after receiving a competency evaluation in May.
Donna M. Gove, 50, of Concord, received a summons at 3:15 a.m. on July 12 on a loitering or prowling charge after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 80 Storrs St.
Paul J. Descar, 41, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. on July 12 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.
Jason J. Gross, 52, of Concord, received a summons at 12:53 a.m. on July 12 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.
Donald W. Roraback, born in 1963, of Amsterdam, New York, was arrested at 3 p.m. on July 11 on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Thorndike Street.
Tamara Ann Ipock, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 1:29 p.m. on July 11 on two bench warrants. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Black Hill Road.
