Here Are The Places To See The Best Christmas Light Displays In Concord And Penacook 2024
Patch readers share their displays, as well as the places they like to drive by, which are the best light displays in Concord and Penacook.

CONCORD, NH — Earlier this month, Patch asked readers in Concord and Penacook to let us know where the best holiday and Christmas light displays were in the city and village.
Before I start with the recommendations, I want to dedicate this post to Don Moore of Borough Road, as well as his family, during this difficult time.
“Mr. Lights,” as he was known, passed away earlier this year (see his obit here). He and his family pleased and impressed many with his outstanding Christmas lights display, year after year. Here is a story I did about him many moons ago. The Moores brought joy to many people in our city. Thank you, Don.

Another place to check out is Sorrel Drive. William sent in this photo.

Off the beaten path — but not that far, stop by Cooperline Drive in Epsom. The Warren family, friends of Mr. Lights, have put up a large display in his honor.

On Facebook, readers made several recommendations on locations to check out lights:
Sarah wrote that Primrose Lane and Winterberry Lane have nice lights and are great for the kids to watch. Glee recommended Elm Street in Boscawen, while Kristen said to check out Hardy Road in Loudon. Also, check out the governor streets off Fisherville Road and Elm Street in Penacook. There are also some nice displays on Mountain Road and two homes on Warren Street outside of Concord High School (check those homes out at Halloween, too).
