Center Barnstead Thief Arrested Again On New Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Shawn Sullivan, born in 1994, of Allenstown, was arrested at 7:29 a.m. on Aug. 22, 2025, on a criminal trespass charge following an incident or investigation on Old Suncook Road.

Andrew Stephen Hancock, born in 1991, of Concord, received a summons at 5:03 a.m. on Aug. 21 on camping restricted and generic city ordinance violations following an incident or investigation at the Durgin Block Garage at 17 School St.

Asende Alinoti, born in 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 20 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges following an incident or investigation at the Golden Nozzle Car Wash at 165 Loudon Road. He was also charged with stalking and two breach of bail charges following an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 117 Loudon Road.

Shen An Chen, born in 1987, of Whitestone, New York, was arrested on a warrant at 11:21 a.m. on Aug. 19. Arrested at 1:41 p.m. was Shanbin Lin, born in 1994, of Manchester, on two felony receiving stolen property charges-$1,501-plus charges. They were arrested following incidents or investigations on Smyth Road in Hooksett.

Robert Leroy Clark, born in 1976, of Belmont, was arrested at 2:28 p.m. on Aug. 18 on a felony burglary charge. He was arrested following an incident or investigation at the Davis Ridge Apartments at 303 Sheep Davis Road.

Christina M. Chioccola, born in 1985, of Center Barnstead, was arrested at 7:12 p.m. on Aug. 10 on theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony, due to two prior convictions, and a willful concealment count following an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Brian S. Demeritt, born in 1967, of Concord, received a summons at 3:20 a.m. on July 23 on a camping restricted violation following an incident or investigation at the Capital Commons Garage at 75 Storrs St.

Daniel Norman Hillsgrove, born in 1976, of Alton, received a summons at 2:45 a.m. on July 23 on a suspension of vehicle registration charge following an incident or investigation on Water Street under the Gas House Bridge.

David Dubuc, born in 1967, of Concord, received a summons at 1:50 a.m. on July 23 on a camping restricted violation following an incident or investigation in Bicentennial Square.

Nathaniel Scott Doyle, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. on July 22 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges following an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Marcus J. Thomas, born in 1981, of Concord, was arrested at 6:12 p.m. on July 22 on a warrant following an incident or investigation at the Legislative Parking Garage at 126 Storrs St.

Michael Corey Roseberry, born in 1972, of Concord, received a summons at 1:50 a.m. on July 22 on a bench warrant following an incident or investigation on Langley Parkway.

Mohammedamin A. Habjouqa, born in 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 10:52 a.m. on July 22 on a bench warrant following an incident or investigation at Riverbend at 10 West St.

Kenneth D. Sarpi Jr., born in 1988, of Concord, received a summons at 2:24 a.m. on July 22 on a camping restricted violation following an incident or investigation on North Main Street.

John H. Camden, born in 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 1:56 a.m. on July 22 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge and a bench warrant following an incident or investigation on the railroad tracks under Loudon Road on Storrs Street.
