Charlestown, Concord, And Weare Men Arrested On Criminal Threatening Charges In October: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Maria A. Youngman, born in 1989, received a summons at 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 21, 2025, on three criminal trespass charges after an investigation or incident at Storage Station at 220 Loudon Road.

Richard D. Nowakowski, born in 1986, of Weare, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on Oct. 20 on a criminal threatening charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Rumford Street.

Jason Reid, born in 1978, of Concord, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on Oct. 15 on simple assault, disorderly conduct, and two criminal threatening charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at the Smile Building on South Main Street.

Seth A. Rediker, born in 1987, of Charlestown, was arrested at 4:19 p.m. on Oct. 11 on a criminal threatening charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Sonoma Lane.

Brian Melendy, born in 1972, of Concord, received a summons at 12:20 p.m. on Oct. 3 on a simple assault charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on North Main Street.

Arthur D. Cooper, born in 1973, of Concord, was arrested on a simple assault charge at 11:36 a.m. on Oct. 3 after an investigation or incident on Manchester Street.

Jazmin M. Donovan, born in 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Sept. 25 on a bench warrant after an investigation or incident on Black Hill Road.

Mingso Hang Lawati, born in 2006, of Penacook, was arrested at 3:59 p.m. on Sept. 10 on theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus and theft by deception-$1,501-plus charges, both felonies, after an investigation or incident at Burlington Coat Factory at 80 Storrs St.

Hayley Virginia Drew, born in 1997, of Nashua, received a summons at 5:15 p.m. on Sept. 3 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges. She was arrested after an investigation or incident at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.
