Concord Convict Indicted On 15 Drug Possession, Stolen Gun Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup

Man indicted on mall burglary, copper theft charges; Franklin man indicted on meth sales charge; Bow woman accused of DUI with 0.21 BAC.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Joshua M. Davis, 44, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, possession of psilocybin, possession of LSD with prior conviction, possession of amphetamine with prior conviction, possession of clonazepam with prior conviction, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute with prior conviction, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute with prior conviction, possession of meth with intent to distribute with prior conviction, receiving stolen property-firearm, felon in possession, two possession of meth with prior conviction, two possession of crack cocaine with prior conviction, and two possession of fentanyl with prior conviction, charges, all felonies. The charges stem from incidents in Boscawen and Concord on Feb. 3, 2022, and Bow on June 22. Davis was previously convicted on possession charges in May 2023 in Rockingham County and April 2024 in Merrimack County. The stolen gun was reportedly a Ruger .38 semi-automatic pistol, while the felon in possession charge involved a Canik TP9 9 mm handgun, according to indictments. Davis was convicted of one or more felonies in Merrimack County in February 2019.

Jeremy Ducharme, 43, of Fisherville Road in Concord, on burglary, criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking, and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges-meth, clonazepam, and a fentanyl and cocaine charges, all felonies. The drug possession charges were in Concord on Aug. 26, while the burglary charge involved copper wire in the former Steeplegate Mall property at 270 Loudon Road between June 30 and Aug. 13, 2024. Jessica Edmunds, 47, of Bay Hill Road in Northfield, on possession of meth with prior conviction, possession of fentanyl with prior conviction, possession of buprenorphine with prior conviction, possession of meth, possession of fentanyl, possession of buprenorphine, and common nuisance charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs on Feb. 7 and March 7 in Northfield.

Alexandria Frank, 35, of Charles Street in Rochester, on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, no felonies. She was accused of burglarizing a home on North Reading Street in Hooksett on April 21 and stealing jewelry and other items.

Brent A. Gage, 31, of Franklin Street in Concord, on two felony counts of second-degree assault. He was accused of placing an intimate partner in a headlock and strangling her on Aug. 23 in Concord.

Ryan N. Gates, 31, of Regent Drive in Dover, on attempted theft by unauthorized taking and motor vehicles; penalties charges, both felonies. He was accused of tampering with the ignition of a motorcycle owned by another man on June 22 in Concord in an effort to steal it. Gates was also accused of riding a motorcycle in the parking lot of the Fairfield Inn on Gulf Street after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in January 2018.

Adam Gauthier, 52, of Doucette Drive in Franklin, on a felony sale of a controlled drug-subsequent-meth charge on Aug. 14 in Franklin. Previously, he was convicted on a control of premises charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2023.

Jacquelyn George, 21, of Hanover Street in Manchester, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining a 2020 Toyota Corolla in Hooksett, which was owned by another person, on May 4.

Kristin M. Graham, 50, of Rocky Point Drive in Bow, on a felony driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor charge. She was accused of driving on a Honda Accord on White Rock Hill Road in Bow while using her cellphone, swerving, and with a BAC of 0.21, according to the indictment.

Sean Griffin, unknown age, of Chandler Avenue in Plaistow, on a felony possession of meth in Warner on Dec. 25, 2024.
