CONCORD, NH — Concord voters hit the polls Tuesday for the state primary to elect candidates for local representative, governor and Congress. On the local side, there were four contested races for state representative.

- Steve Marchand: 1,857 votes

- Steven Negron: 495 votes (overall winner)
- Lynne Blankenbeker: 818 votes
- Stewart Levenson: 528 votes

- Safiya Wazir: 329 votes
- Dick Patten: 143 votes
Democratic: Merrimack District 27 State Representative (Vote for 2)
- Rebecca McWilliams: 2,135 votes
- Art Ellison: 1,280 votes
- Carl Soderstrom: 1,226 votes
